Ingredients

  • Kudzu root (gegen) 30 g
  • Pork spine 500 g

Principle

Kudzu releases muscle tension and raises yang; spine broth supports bones. Together they nourish yin, move sinews, and ease nerve-root–type neck–arm pain.

Effects & uses

Channel stagnation pattern—neck pain, arm numbness, headache or dizziness (pattern differentiation required).

Method

  1. Peel and slice kudzu; simmer with spine segments in water until tender; season.

How to use

  • Drink broth and eat meat; use regularly if well tolerated.

Caution

Kudzu is cooling—avoid large long-term use with spleen–stomach cold. Food-care only.
