Oyster Dietotherapy
Ingredients
- Fresh oysters, a modest amount (several per day)
Principle
Wang Chuanhang notes oysters are rich in zinc and trace elements, supporting prostate care and semen production—adjunct for low semen volume with weak ejaculation (syndrome differentiation required).
Effects & uses
Adjunct for low semen volume, weak ejaculation, and prostate maintenance; direct clinical evidence for weak ejaculation itself is limited (syndrome differentiation required).
Method
- Steam or simmer; avoid deep-frying and heavy spice.
How to use
- Several oysters daily; do not overeat.
Caution
Caution in acute gout (purines). Shellfish allergy contraindicated. Not a substitute for andrology care.
