Ingredients

  • Goji berries 30g
  • Chrysanthemum flower 10g

Principle

Goji tonifies liver and kidney, enriches essence, and benefits the eyes; chrysanthemum disperses wind and clears liver. Decocted as a tea substitute, the pair nourishes yin, tonifies kidney, and clears liver wind—suited to liver–kidney deficiency patterns (syndrome differentiation required).

Effects & uses

For dizziness, tinnitus, and sore weak lower back and knees (syndrome differentiation required). Medicated diet formula class from Yibin Second People’s Hospital (Qi Ju drink type). Not a substitute for standard stroke care.

Method

  1. Decoct both herbs in water and drink in place of tea.

How to use

  • One serving daily; sip frequently through the day.

Caution

Spleen–stomach cold deficiency is unsuitable (chrysanthemum is cooling). A daily food-care recipe; not a substitute for medication.
