Ingredients

  • Lion’s mane mushroom (dried) 20g
  • Red jujube 5 pieces

Principle

Lion’s mane is neutral and sweet—strengthens spleen, nourishes stomach, and calms spirit; jujube tonifies middle qi, nourishes blood, and calms the spirit. Simmered together for daily stomach-nourishing care in chronic gastritis.

Effects & uses

For chronic gastritis with spleen–stomach weakness as a daily stomach-care soup (syndrome differentiation required).

Method

  1. Rehydrate lion’s mane and tear into small pieces.
  2. Simmer with jujube and water about 30 minutes until mushroom is tender.

How to use

  • Drink broth and eat mushroom with meals.

Caution

A daily food-care recipe; not a substitute for medication. Helicobacter pylori infection, atrophic gastritis, and similar conditions need standard treatment.
