Ingredients

  • Roasted black sesame
  • Poria powder (equal parts with sesame)

Principle

Black sesame nourishes essence and blood, tonifies liver–kidney, and moistens intestinal dryness; poria strengthens spleen, calms spirit, and drains damp. Together they tonify spleen and moisten the bowels to ease constipation and hemorrhoid bleeding.

Effects & uses

For hemorrhoids with intestinal dryness—hard, dry stools, straining, and bleeding; suitable as long-term food care when constipation coexists (pattern differentiation required).

Method

  1. Grind roasted black sesame and mix evenly with poria powder.

How to use

  • Take 20 g daily.

Caution

Not for loose stools from spleen deficiency (sesame moistens). Food-care only—not a drug substitute; heavy bleeding or prolapse needs medical care.
