Ingredients

  • Huaijiao (sophora fruit) 8 pieces

Principle

Huaijiao clears heat, drains fire, cools blood, and stops bleeding—commonly used for intestinal heat with bleeding and hemorrhoid flare bleeding.

Effects & uses

For bright-red bleeding with anal heat, dry mouth, and dark urine (pattern differentiation required).

Method

  1. Steep 8 huaijiao in boiling water; drink after 3 minutes.

How to use

  • Top up with hot water for repeated infusions.

Caution

Not for cold deficiency of spleen–stomach (huaijiao is cooling). Use cautiously in pregnancy. Food-care only—not a drug substitute.
