Ingredients

  • Mulberry leaf 9g
  • Chrysanthemum 9g
  • Apricot kernel 6g (crushed)
  • Honey 15g

Principle

Mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum clear heat and disperse wind; apricot kernel stops cough and transforms phlegm. The tea clears heat, moistens the lung, and resolves phlegm—suited to wind-heat cough.

Effects & uses

Suitable for wind-heat cough during pneumonia—fever, red throat, yellow sputum (syndrome differentiation required).

Method

  1. Decoct the three herbs; strain, mix in honey, and drink warm.

How to use

  • Drink warm in place of tea.

Caution

Not suitable for wind-cold cough. Daily dietary food care is not a substitute for medication.
