Ingredients

  • Dark plum flesh 50g
  • Ginger 20g
  • Green tea to taste

Principle

Dark plum astringes lung and intestines, promotes fluids, and calms roundworms—useful for chronic diarrhea and dysentery; ginger warms the middle and dispels cold; green tea clears heat, stops dysentery, and dries damp. The formula warms the middle, astringes with sourness, and stops diarrhea—suited to deficiency-cold or mixed cold-heat chronic diarrhea.
